Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:
Genesis 17:4-5 4As for me, behold, my covenant is with you, and you shall be a father of many nations. 5Neither shall your name any more be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made you.
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not yourself because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked devices to pass.
As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
